Runaway Queen
(view spoiler)[ I want a pet monkey! I like that they included real history with this story. I think a Marie Antoinette with vampires story could be a book of its own (think Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter). Magnus thinks of mortals at the end and how short our lives are. I think it would be so sad to watch people keep dying. That must be hard for him. (hide spoiler)]

It is odd to think of him as someone's son, but his mother was very dedicated and loving to seek Magnus to find him. This story lacked the humor of the earlier stories until Ragnor meets Raphael (which was hilarious), but it has more substance. (hide spoiler)]

I'm glad we get to see what was happening when Valentine and his followers started their campaign against everyone. This must have been the day before Luke turned. He was so loyal to Valentine.
