Why is the boy living with a foster family? How is the boy troubled?
I dont know exactly what the powers were. I think one person had the power to always be late to anything, even bullets. I think his grandfather's power related to time traveling.I do not remember why he was living with them. Maybe he was an orphan.
Well, i think disasters always happen around him [eg. the house burning down]

I remember one scene(beginning!) where something was set on fire( foster family's house) and everyone blamed the boy . I don't think he did it.
All his family has some powers.
