That does not seem like it meet the Goodreads requirements to be a series. To be a series on Goodreads, books need to have more than a common theme -- like characters in common, an overarching storyline, a shared universe, etc.

Is this true for short romance too? I've seen many of my fellow short romance authors with linked series on here. It is a common concept in short romance to link with theme or character type.
