Finished The Love Songs of W.E.B. Du Bois which was fantastic, I loved it but it is a heavy read.

I've started Small Pleasures, my first proper buddy read with my bestie

Just finished The Count of Monte Cristo
I read the penguin version which is not abridged and is a reasonably modern translation and is enormous. 1243 pages
Read it in a week, a brilliant book that just drew me in. Well worth the effort :-)
