I'm in a BR slump. I want a classic, crazy-ass BR to read, but I can't find any of the over the top campy ones. Finding BR e-books is always a challenge and while I did go through the list posted on here, I am not having any luck. I want something similar to This Other Eden or Stormfire. I am sooooo over PC books right now and just need some crazy in my life. Anyone read any lately that I might have missed in ebook format??

Hi! I didn't read This Other Eden or Stormfire but two of my favourites are The Wolf and the Dove by Kathleen E. Woodiwiss and Fires of Winter (Haardrad Viking Family, #1) by Johanna Lindsey. Oh, and another one: The Prize by Julie Garwood

No disrespect to Martha. Just keeping in mind what you asked for Eliza... There is nothing crazy about Garwood books. They are NOT bodice ripper romances. Love them, but they are sweet cartoonish books.

I consider Savage Surrender, Dangerous Obsession, and Wild Sweet Witch all crazy, cracktastic bodice rippers. Kinda similar to Stormfire imo.

Thank you, T. I have read almost all of those, Lemonade being my favorite book followed by The Conqueror.
Wicked Loving Lies by Rosemary Rogers, Rangoon by Christine Monson, The Notorious Angel by Jennifer Blake, Sweet Wild Witch by Araby Scott, Wildarce by Phillippa Gregory, Gyspy Lady and Lady Vixen by Shirlee Busbee, A Woman of Iron by Sheila Holland, The Flesh and the Devil by Teresa Denys, Keeper of the Dream by Penelope Williamson (romance more than BR). I am also in a Bodice Ripper slump, I feel like once you have read This Other Eden and Stormfire, all other novels pale in comparison in terms of impact and intensity.

I'm afraid nothing written in English is like stormfire . Have you read Lemonade by Nina Penacchi and Uncommon vows by Mary Jo Potney?

In Uncommon vows hero accused heroine of trespassing or something and took her for interrogation then he made excuses not to let her go and did pressure till she threw herself out of window
Yes!! I’ve read that book! Now I remember- she literally threw herself out of a window to get away from him!
