5. I liked it, but I think it could have been much better in a lot of ways. I wrote my detailed thoughts in my review.
I loved this book. It's one of the best books I've ever read. All the hype over it is completely justified. I think my favourite character is Luc just because I'm a sucker for morally questionable characters with dark powers (*cough* the darkling *cough*) and I loved how his relationship with Addie developed. (view spoiler)I gave the book 5 stars, obviously, this book was incredible and here's my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
hello beautiful people!! i absolutely loved this book! i was surprised by how much i actually liked Luc’s character by the end of the book... i also loved how the book was able to incorporate both art and history into the storyline. it really makes the book feel so realistic!
I finished reading it a couple days ago and I couldn't put it down! I loved the relationship between Addie and Luc, found it more interesting than Addie/Henry's but overall it was great to use Henry's friends to show Addie's curse at full effect and how it bothered Henry but not Addie so much.
