Thanks for the great picks, I've been meaning to read Curators for a few months now (I got it from the library, but I keep ending up reading something else), and I'm definitely glad to be moving forward in the Bride Quartet (all of her books are so frigging addictive). I can't even remember how long ago I added One Of Us Is Lying to my tbr list, but when I reread the description, I remembered why I did. Can't wait to read 'em all, especially with all the clearance candy I'l be buying on the 15th. ^_^

Review - This is book 14 in the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series. The MC's that the book mainly focuses on is Rhage and Mary. Rhage is one of the brothers and Mary is his mate. Mary works at safe place which is mainly a safe house for abused women and children vampires. Bitty, one of the children living there becomes an orphan when her mahmen dies. Mary and Rhage, who are childless and unable to have children, take a shine to the girl. There are a few other side stories that go along with the main storyline. This is one of my favorite series ever. It's so easy to get lost in the world.

I listened to Dead Witch Walking and the audio was good but I had so much trouble getting into this book. I just never liked Rachel and I don't understand the super weird relationship she has with Ivy.

I also read Top Secret which was just okay. Too much frat politics and the romance was very lukewarm.

I'm only going to manage one of my picks this month. was really good. Well constructed plot, fascinating characters trying to survive (or self-destruct in the case of Osip Mandelstam) during the Terror in Russian. Five stars.

Still going to finish . It's just so long and it really needs to be read in spurts.
