There's so much more to world cuisine, why do we limit ourselves to the basics?!

Yes, it's a drastic change from yesterday's mood. I woke up today and my first thought was.... "Am I alive?"
I realised I was, even though I felt super disembodied (it was probably all the sugar I had last night which then resulted in a lack of sleep... Sugar makes me crazyπ)
