I remember reading this book 3-4 years ago and it’s about a group of teenagers who wake up sealed in boxes with no memory of how they got there or where they are. They have to break out of their boxes and work together to try to get out of this hospital like place where there are various traps/challenges to fight and overcome. I don’t remember how it ends but it was thrilling and unlike anything I have ever read. Any ideas???

I'm pretty sure the book is Alive by Scott Sigler.
