RESOLVED - Can't find a book - Librarian Issue

Hi there! I'm a librarian and I added a book for a friend that was not in the GR system. I sent her the link to the book and she cannot find it. She tried to find it by searching the author name, the title and the IBSN but nothing come up. I could only find it by searching the IBSN. Nothing came up with the author name or the title. It's been almost an hour since I added the book. Is there something I can do?

There's often a delay of a few days in searching by anything but ISBN.
The message says "it may take 10 minutes" but that is not indicative of this quirk. It's due to site caching.

It just came up for me by title.

It comes up by title/author for me, but in general it can take at least a couple days for a new book to become searchable by title or author. Sometimes longer. ISBN search works immediately.

I can see the delay in search by title, but why wouldn't the link she was sent work?
