Mbrs source their own buy links, from their profiles. They set up where they buy from.

So, you can buy the kindle & paperback editions from amazon and those links work for me as that's how I've got it set up.

As amazon doesn't sell the ebook, the link for amazon doesn't work for that edition. If the ebook is available on other platforms people will be able to purchase it from there.

I've removed the giveaway url link.

ETA: There are only 3 editions of this book, kindle, paperback & ebook. So not sure where all the additional editions are? The kindle & paperback were added by the autobots from amazon.
