It actually takes place on a farm that is supposed to be an example of a reviving agriculture in Vermont, but turns out to be a magical horror place :D
It is outside the city, but close enough that they travel on a school bus. I don't remember precise locations mentioned, except that it is close, but far enough to require a bus ride

Well I found some short V books, so I will work on 7s anyway, so maybe it can stay there if you are not sure :D

Looks like all 7s are covered. I was reading A Pocket Full of Rye (7th in series).

Never mind should work for some other card, as it has many characters.
