Gill, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a week for Amazon review to "pop." I'm sure BB will return with the Amazon link as soon as she has it. 😊

Hi Frank, I don't know if you saw it, but in message 79 the round Mod said BB had to forfeit her review from you in order to avoid a reciprocal review situation, which is against Amazon, Goodreads and Review Group rules.
As fellow authors, the Review Group mods have no power to censor your reviews on either platform. We can only restrict your access to this particular Group.
However, you are risking both your and BB's Amazon reviewing privileges and publishing accounts if Amazon checks on you.
I recommend you remove your review of BB's book on both Amazon and Goodreads.

My problem with the review (apart from the derogatory comments which an author is simply supposed to swallow and I do) is that it is a total spoiler. The point of a mystery is of course that the crux of it doesn't become apparent until it appears in the book. If Frank has read the author's note at the end, he will see that I, as the author, was at pains not to name the suspect in case people went to the note before finishing the book.
Now, following Frank's review, anyone reading the review wouldn't bother to read the book. I assume that isn't Goodreads purpose. Quite the contrary.
I would therefore like all references to Don and anything to identify him removed please. Is this possible?
Gill, pressuring members who have reviewed your book to change a rating or review is strictly prohibited according to the rules of this group. Please reread the rules in the first post of this thread, specifically rule 11:11. You will not ask a fellow author to change a review of your book because you don’t agree with it.
If you think you have a legitimate concern, talk to the mod of your round, NOT the other author. Personal attacks, or pressurising other members WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in you being blacklisted.

Hi Gill, I have revisited my review and can see that you are right about the spoiler. I have edited it, both in Goodreads and at Amazon, to remove any reference to the accused by name, including the two passages I quoted as esamples to justify my derogotary remarks.

Also I've looked at the rules, but there are also FAQs referred to which I'd like to see but I can't find them on the site. Could you, Kat, advise. Thanks.
Gill, PM = private message. You can message Kat directly and privately by going to her GR profile page and clicking "message" under her name.

To use private messaging function on Goodreads, go to someone's author profile page, then beneath their picture next to where it says "follow author" click on the little arrow. That will get you to a drop down menu.
