My book is listed as being written by another author by same name

Hi,
My name is Raymond Johnson. I recently released the book: NGS: The Nightmare Game System on Nov. 3rd. Like my other books it was automatically put under a different author with the same name as me. I have tried to get it put onto MY page to no avail, and my publisher has also made requests but gotten no response. How can I fix this. It is my first solo novel and I would like it in my catalog.

Also, I am in several anthologies that I cannot add to my author page for some reason. I would like to have you tell me how to add them if you can. I am in each of the following books

Viridian Gate Online: Sidequests James Hunter
Essence: Dakota Krout
Surviving Ludus: Blaise Corvin
