Looking for new reads like Call of Crows

I have been trying like crazy to find other authors and series that are similar to Laurenston/Aiken writing, and so far I really haven’t found much. Here’s what I love, and essentially, what I’m looking for:

1) Humor! I love the comedic timing she writes with, even if some of her humor is a little too I Love Lucy for my taste, overall it makes me actually laugh out loud, which is just so rare in books.
2) While there may be some romance, there is still a plot. I love that the character’s actions are not ruled by hormones or romantic emotions, but rather thought and/or what the current situation necessitates. Also that there are no crazy, over dramatic, pronouncements of undying love. Bitch, please. No one does that in real life, and that’s a good thing. Reading that stuff just makes me roll my eyes and kinda wanna throw up a little.
3) I do love me a good fantasy/magical/paranormal/urban fantasy world.
4) Action! I love ladies who know how to kick some ass, or at the very least show that they have brass ovaries in some way or another

Does anyone have any suggestions on possible authors, series, and/or books to check out? I have read all of Laurenston’s other books under both that name and G.A. Aiken. Enjoyed the Pride Series once it got to the meat (though if I hadn’t read her other books I doubt I would have made it past the first one), really liked the Honeybadgers series, and I LOVED LOVED LOVED the Dragons!!!!!! I still haven’t fully formed my opinion of her newest Aiken series. So yeah, any recommendations would be great....
