Hi Agnes I've removed that sentence.

I can't tell if Nöstlinger's author photo is in the public domain.

Can someone who speaks German check this for me?

However it can be used for FREE on Websites and Publikation that are press related or advertise books by the Publisher dtv.
I think this applies to goodreads.
