In the book, a kid (male) finds out that he has powers and it turns out that his mother is part angle, which makes him and his siblings part angle as well. After learning this, their mother is kidnapped by a fallen angel so the kid and his sister have to go and save her. Throughout the journey, they are joined by their family's guardian angel to help them get their mother back. Throughout the book, they fight lots of monsters and other fallen angels. I read this book back in 2018-2019. The book seemed a couple of years old when I read it and I believe that the author was male.

The Relic of Perilous Falls? but they aren't angels. City of Bones? but it isn't really religious despite the angels. Or Raising Dragons? but they're dragons not angels and I only read the first book so I don't know if any parents get kidnapped.

No, it's based around the Bible. The kids and the mother are all part angles and they fight evil fallen angels (Although I have read all the books you suggested 😀). The entire book (and the rest of the series) is based around God and the Bible.
