Aaron | 1 comments I read a short story years ago that was about a character who believed they had devised an unbeatable chess strategy. In the course of explaining all of the ways that the strategy worked, the author also explained the holes that they discovered through such explanation until admitting in the end that the strategy would not work.

I have wanted to find this story again, but have had no luck. I originally thought it was written by Jorge Luis Borges, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Aaron, is this book for adults or teens? In what way does it remind you of a Jorge Luis Borges story?
