I probably have owned books I haven't read for longer, but the longest according to my Goodreads account is Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail by Cheryl Strayed. It's been on my TBR at least since I joined Goodreads in January 2018.

I looked and the one that’s been on the longest is the fourth book in the Eragon series! I just re-read the first 3 last year, so I’m going to try to fit this book in soon before I completely forget everything.
