Brilliant! I'm glad you could get Scott's book too.
I used to enjoy running (slowly!) until I tore a calf muscle and then couldn't get back into so these days I walk and cycle instead. I still love the idea of real long distance running though.

Nice, all great ways to be health conscious!When I did Ironman Florida last year I wore a giant 'vegan' jersey ahaha. It attracts others, I had a conversation with another guy for like half an hour on the bike course. Lot of endurance sports athletes going plant based! Scott is crazy.
