I've been reading, reading, and reading. Last night I finished "Reading Like a Writer" by Francine Prose. A terrible, terrible book. Boring, boring, boring. I did not learn one thing from reading it. Do not put it in anyone's Christmas stocking.

I have been gone for some months now. So behind that I didn't even get read books entered for the 2015 Goodreads Challenge. Bariatric surgery in August, have lost 54 pounds so far, going to the YMCA and getting back into exercising. Was gone due to other health issues I've been dealing with, which I am sure you don't really want to know about. :-) Anyway, I've missed you guys and am glad to be back.

Sorry I do not visit this group much anymore. I have been busy with my Reading for Pleasure book club on here which hit 1,000+ members this year (which I thought was awesome) as well as went to some weddings, catching up on my reads and have just been busy. Congratulations on getting picked by the Book Social Group for being one of their best friendly groups on the web.
