SOLVED. YA Fantasy series. Girl goes to school in clouds to train to be a dragon rider.

About a decade ago I read a YA series about a girl who is sent to a school in the clouds to learn to be a dragon rider. There are two boys in the series, one is famous, has a famous dad, maybe, and takes the protagonist on a car ride to an art gallery or a museum, and one js a dark and brooding dragon. i thibk he has a sister with a name that starts with a B who is friends with protagonist. There is an "elevator" to move from the cloud school to other areas that is kind of like a roller coaster. The main character has a statue in a museum that is opening. The dragon riders must defeat a dragon in an arena while the whole school watches. SPOILER: the main character developes a relationship with the dark brooding dragon, and it turns out she, herself is a dragon. I have been searching on google for hours and cannot find this series.
