I try, Pghfan, but-- However, I did drop 10 stubborn lbs. I resolved to rid myself of and started spot exercising and walking a bit more... only to gain five back. So, I guess I just keep goals in mind and see what comes of it.

I was afraid to get on the scale, after not weighing myself since October. Well, I dared to on Jan 1st and weighed exactly the same. Whew!
