I have this book to read. Glad you found it interesting!

museum 10 - about: Read a book set in the seventeenth century (1601 - 1700) 1634
museum 17 - collection: Read a book about people who's work is derived from the sea. shipping

NEXT!

LOL! Definitely one for the bin then.

I'm going to start The Sin Eater's Daughter. I got it for free from Audiosync a couple of summers ago. I'm not sure I'll enjoy it, but it fits a slot in my museum challenge.

Maybe if it hadn't been 2020? Oh no! You can't take all your priceless vases with you from Paris WHILE IT'S BEING FRICKING INVADED! Or, my orphans from poor families won't listen to my sermons while we're walking on foot out of Paris as IT'S BEING BOMBED! Or my husband is nice but not the hot solider boy who was in the attic after NEARLY BEING KILLED BY GERMANS or the nice German solider billeted with us while we ARE OCCUPIED BY GERMANS.
... Priorities? Maybe?

Have this one on hold at the library. It will probably be a while before I get it.

I am currently reading If It Bleeds and I'll be starting The Good Sister soon for the rose theme.

(Just joking! We love you Craig!)"
Hahaha... He says it's good to be loved. lol

I will start LaRose for the group themed read. It also has a spot on my museum challenge.

Always suspenseful!

Tomorrow I will start The Next Always. It's a badge 2 book that I need to get it out of the way so that I can count the second book in the series towards badge 1. Kind of topsy turvy.

Oh, bummer. Well, hopefully you've gotten it out of the way and now you will have better reads.

I would never have picked it up if it hadn't been a freebie from AudioSync.

I had no idea this was a thing! And I've been on the site since 2011! I am going to have to do a year in review too, it looks like fun.

I will start today The Glass Woman. I fits one of my interactive task in the year long challenge, so I am very excited.

I hope you love All the Bright Places, Sarah. I really liked that one.

I am currently listening to the seventh Outlander book, An Echo in the Bone. I am amazed at how long I can go between books and the minute a new one starts, it feels like I just left the last book the day before. I love listening to Davina Porter's voices for the characters.
I am reading a "return" story to one I read several years ago for another yearly challenge. It is Ayesha: The Return of She. This is an old, old sequel to the first story, She: A History of Adventure, published in 1887 - that has never been out of print since. I love the language!

I haven't read an Arabic book in so long. this was the only one that caught my attention.

Faithful place was my favourite of that series!"
I really liked Faithful Place.

Dom and I are starting Crown of Oblivion. I got this new autographed, hardback book from my university store for fifty cents. You read that right! I bought one for Dom too and sent it to her.

Nice! Can't beat that deal!

Actually I did beat that deal. Same place, I bought

I hope you like Faithful Place, Margo. I quite enjoyed it.

Nice find!

Jeez... my uni bookshop needs to lift it's game! Nice finds :D And I am glad you got another to share with Dom
