Have you guys ever read a book that you really hated, and you go to read reviews so you don't feel alone in your hatred, only to find that you are in fact alone in that hatred? Because that just happened to me. Nobody has rated this book less than 3 stars, and here comes me with my 1 lonely star lmao

Sorry you didn't like the buddy, now I'm nervous to read it
My biggest problem with it without being spoilery for you is that they just didn't act their depicted age in my opinion, so I got really nit-picky lol.

Because that just ha..."Fairly common with some indie books. I swear sometimes they must just get all their friends/family to give them 5 stars lol. But it is lonely with other books, especially when several of your friends liked it and you didn't.
This honestly makes me feel better to hear. Usually when I have an unpopular opinion, I can share it with at least a few others. This is the first time where it's just been me and it made me feel really weird lol

Oh I have no problem DNFing most books I don't like, but this was a buddy read so I wanted to get the bonus points for it
