Jenny Kruger’s new online friend becomes worried when he cannot reach her. Lance and Sharp find her unresponsive in her bathroom and appearances suggest she attempted suicide. Did you believe that at the time? Why or why not?

[Robin]

I didn't believe it was a suicide attempt. I was already worried about Jenny because people from the night Vic disappeared were turning up dead.

[Jonetta]

Jenny seemed to be handling the discovery of his car quite well. Her supposed suicide made no sense. She was just talking about meeting Morgan’s daughters, really upbeat. And, she was developing a relationship with a new man. I knew immediately she didn’t attempt suicide.

No, I never believed that she would commit suicide. IIRC, she might have been agoraphobic and severely depressed over the years, but she was never suicidal.

That was Lincoln Sharp’s observation. Never in twenty years did he see her exhibit more than high anxiety. You don’t become depressed overnight, enough to commit suicide.
