So far, The Final Girl Support Group by Grady Hendrix and My Heart Is a Chainsaw by Stephen Graham Jonesare leading the pack.
I thought I'd read that Rachel Harrison had a new book coming out in 2021...if so that's going on my list, I loved The Return. Going to keep my eye on this thread. My Heart is a Chainsaw sounds great so that's on my list now.
I read In That Endlessness, Our End by Gemma Files. Files writes incredible short stories, frequently involving people getting sucked into the void via some very creepy liminal spaces. This book contains some of her best, there was only one story I didn't love.
I'm reading The Last House on Needless Street, by Catriona Ward. I'm about 1/4 in, and it's really good, really weird so far. I have no idea what is happening, but I'm definitely invested. Many chapters are written in the cat's perspective :)

Would love to hear what you think of that one, John. I have the ebook on hold at the library but it will be another 2 months...if it's good I may need to crack and buy a copy.
