For this one I just finished The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America by by Richard Rothstein. This was a difficult read but I'm glad to have the knowledge from it.
I read and incredibly enjoyed Entangled Life: How Fungi Make Our Worlds, Change Our Minds & Shape Our Futures
I read Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams and it was incredible. Definitely convinced me to prioritize sleep and rest more than I have in the past, lots of great information.
