On a completely different topic, you loved Mexican Gothic right? Help I'm struggling with it and I don't know why. I'm 27% in, I want to stab most/all the characters and while the atmosphere is neat its slow. Tell me why I should continue? I want to love this I feel like I should!

That looks like a really good reading month! What were some of the stand outs? How are you liking Warped?

@Brittany I like Warped but not as much as Spellbound or Demonized!
Standouts were definitely Rhythm of War and Warbreaker!
@Elena thank you!

I’ll probably continue the series to see if it gets any better

How have you enjoyed the rest of the Annette Marie books? I really want to read Red Winter at some point.

I liked them all! The Steel & Stone series was my least favourite but it was also her first series so can be forgiven - they were definitely all entertaining though!

Wow that's interesting because TSS has been my least favourite thus far. I'm intrigued to see how this one goes for me, if it ever gets here, Forbidden Planet are still awaiting stock!

Wo..."
Let me know what you think when you get there

Wow! That is some high praise!

I will!

Honestly I wasn’t as in love with it as a lot of other people - it wasn’t bad but it didn’t blow me away either unfortunately !

So... Once Upon a Broken Heart! Looks like you enjoyed it too?!
Nice job Laura! How was the Cursed Carnival? I love Rick Riordan and am very intrigued by this anthology.

Right! I like that the Rick Riordan Presents authors are in it too. I'm glad to hear that it was cute. I'm looking forward to reading it!
I was curious about the Cursed Carnival too! Also how was A Spindle Splintered? I saw your review for Little Thieves and as interesting as it sounds I dont think I will bother.
Looks like overall you had a pretty good book month though! Favourite?

Yes, pretty productive! I'd say my favourite this month was Vespertine!
