it took me at least a week and a half for my first title from edelweiss...and i still haven't heard back from some on netgalley despite it being months....it really depends on the publisher and book too

yeah, request a reasonable amount of books, and don't worry too much about it. ~90% of publishers will probably get back to you within the week, most likely all at once lmao, very few leave requests in limbo for long :)
