it depends on how many they have to give out, but most likely all 25, or at least the ones that are best within those 50, and meet their number ofbooks requeirement

completely depends upon the publisher and book....han and ishu released like a month back, but it's still in the request mode for me, even though i requested it in december
others are approved within the same day....though in india (like i am) most emails come in in the evening or next morning because most publishers are based on the other side of the world
