This is the around the seventh time that a real user's profile has been taken over by spammers and used, and I would once again recommend Goodreads to kindly send out emails to old inactive users so that they change their passwords or perform some other security measure to confirm their profile hasn't been taken over, because this has been happening for a while and it isn't stopping.
