Oh heck yeah the movies scare me so much. I think it's more because of my overactive imagination. The suspense is always way too much for me. I think I like horror books though because I can visualize it myself in my head, rather than have an image forced upon me.

I hate horror movies too- (with the small exceptions of American Horror Story and zombie stuff, because to be honest they are too slow to actually kill you), but my best friend is and avid Stephen King reader, and I was intrigued. I only happen to be reading IT by chance, because I use a TBR jar to choose what I read, and this was given to me this week :)

I actually started Under the Dome a few years back, and that one's not a horror. That was so complex, all of the people I was BRing it with had to stop because we couldn't be bothered anymore XD I got 350 pages in (approx 30%) and just had to put it down. Not intrigued at all. One day I'll make an effort though.

Yeah I'm really pleased with the reading I've done today! 70% of Outpost (315 pages) and 100% of Bad Beginning (175 pages). Now 15% of Crown's Game (around 40-50 pages). But then to be fair I haven't done much else today at all XD I've basically read all day.

You sure will catch me tomorrow :) Just because I won't be sprinting doesn't mean I won't be on GR :p
