What's a fixer Character?

A fixer is like a person who gives the gigs for runners to do. Probs just look it up. But theyre wealthy people who pay people to do jobs or stuff liek that.

Just maybe like why she wanted to be a runner, and how she became that, to begin with-

Well the easy cyberpunk reason is she wants to make it big, live dangerously, and drown in cash
You could do a tragic anticorpo backstory
Or a tragic backstory where the net was the only safe space she has

You could also have it be she became a runner not even by her own choice like say she got caught up in a huge issue and had to turn to running to survive or fix the problem
