I'd be up for it, I'm always down to have more things to flesh parts of the world out with. Just give them some sort of flare to distinguish them from the other more cyber-y gangs (and I know my groups aren't the most fleshed out XD)

Uh well they have the 'demon eyes,' but also they're very party and drug oriented so that's fairly distinguishable, but I could work more in there if you like. Or simply remix it.
