I read this a long time ago but I remember them meeting on a bus. She was a good girl, he was either in a band or a guitarist and was a bit dirty shaggy looking but they fall in love and then they argue or he drinks and ends up marking the initial o into his arm because he loves her and she finds out he has struggled with his mental health for a long time. I think her name might be Olivia but I can’t remember but it was such a good book and I just can’t find it anywhere. I think I read it around 2000 maybe possibly after that.
