Nikhil, this isn't something that librarians can deal with, we look after book records and non GR author records.For site functionality issues you'll need to contact support.

I am now a GoodReads author and have edited my profile page also but when I am viewing my profile page on other tabs or devices then my profile is absolutely coming blank. Neither my profile picture nor my bio is there. Only my book is connected with the blank profile. But when I am viewing my profile on my GoodReads account then it is coming absolutely perfect and all the changes are shown there but this is not happening when I am copying my profile URL and pasting it on other tab or mobile browser directly.
Kindly help
