The general plot is a teenaged girl who spent her life in a hospital bed wakes up in another world with a unique magical power to siphon the attributes from anyone she touches (though the lost attributes will return later with an additional boost on top) though she tells everybody that it is simply accelerated growth to avoid any unpleasant reactions to that knowledge. She ends up in the local Magic school and making friends with the royal family (naturally, because why not).

I ask because the plot recently got itself stuck in my head and I find myself needing to see how the series ended... and my Amazon orders lost seems not to show it.
