I've finished The Assassin's Blade, but it doesn't fit in either card 2 or 9, so we can use it for an alternate if someone doesn't finish, or it works in the last hand for card 7. It also works for 6 or the wild card, I believe. I started my last book for this month!

I finished Born to Rise - My Story. On to the last book of the month for me!Alexa, I will keep it in mind in case anyone can't finish their book and it fits there. I will try to fit it in somewhere!
I can read Independent Study for the current hand for number two. Reason: It's book #2 in the series.

I finished Undead and Unwed! Posting from my phone so not sure if it's on my shelf but will stick it there later after workProbably will start another Undead book because they are short, will update it later as well!
Alexa how was the Assasian's Blade? I really want to go to the bookstore and grab her next two books rather than wait for them to come in from an inter library loan! ( darn car I need to buy my plate stickers by the end of tomorrow.... *sigh* no books! ) @ kirsten ... I can pick up the perks of being a wallflower today!!! I'm excited to start it this weekend!
Almost done with The Martian - I may actually have time to read one more before the end of the month. Will keep you posted Beth.

Don't worry about it if you can't, it's not a big deal! I was going to read it anyway so it won't hurt my feelings or whatever. We may end up finishing that last hand anyway lol

From all the hype I assumed it was all about her relationship with Sam, but it was only partially about that. I really love her as the heroine of the series, though. I can't wait to read the next two for next month!

Just so everyone knows, between the 18th and 22nd of March, I will not be around nearly as much. My dad is getting married so I will be pretty busy that weekend. Please keep me updated on when you finish books or pick new ones up, but don't freak out if I don't update the spreadsheet for a few days

I didn't like the start of it.. it got so much better the more I read and I liked how it ended!

Awesome! I am so excited to read it. I loved her other book, The Sky is Everywhere.I will definitely let you guys know. I will still be reading and checking up as much as possible but I may not be able to update for a few days. I know! I'm so used to updating it right when I get on the computer and I'm on every day so it'll be weird not being on for a few days

I want to read The Sky is Everywhere, sometime this year I will get to it! After you read I'll Give You the Sun let me know if they are similiar and which you liked better!
I will! although it may be hard to get better than The Sky is Everywhere. SUCH a good book. We can always use it as a reverse ;)
I also added Confess because I'll be getting it the day that it comes out and will be reading it as soon as I get my hands on itI feel like I should be spacing out my books. We'll see how it goes and if I need to do some rearranging.
I'm not in any rush yet to read it.. I want to finish these series I started!!Undead

Spacing them out is a good idea.. 2 books per hand/person is probably enough then the reader doesn't feel like everyone is waiting for them.
I will have more books to add once I finish up the ones you have already added to the spreadsheet
Shhh.. I haven't read a Colleen Hoover book yet! Sometime soon:)

Yeah I think I'm going to space mine out a little. I'll move them back in no one else can fill them in
I'll probably start one or two of the books tomorrow that will go for March so I can finish them on the 1st or 2nd and then I don't have to wait until the 1st to start another book!
I've finished Deja Vù. Not sure how I feel about this genre -billed as a Sci-fi thriller. But always willing to read indie writers. He needs to work on the proof reading - there were some errors. Looking forward to next month reads. And just want to say I'm loving this challenge and this group. I'd willing work with any of you again. Beth and Laura( the unofficial Co captain) are doing a great job.

Done with The Martian - looking forward to seeing the Ridley Scott movie adaption coming out in Nov - looks like he has a great cast.It looks like we still need a 9, 0 and Wild for the last hand - or do we need any books read for prior hands that don't have dates yet? I can read one more this month - just want it to matter.
So, unless you need me to read something different for a prior hand, I'll read Crown of Midnight for Hand 12, card 9 (Nehemia.)

While looking at Feb books, I realized that Blood of My Blood could work as card nine in hand twelve because its setting (The Nod) begins with an N. So now we only need to find a Wild card for hand twelve!

I just realized that today is not the 26th.
We are doing great reading and working as a team everyone!! Beth you are doing awesome as our captain.We need to have all of our books for February's hands complete by Feb 28 midnight( your time zone) We are so close!Kirsten you have 4 books on the spreadsheet to finish and are signing up for more ,can you finish 4 books and read more?? That's a lot of reading in less than 30 hours!
Teddie and I can both help she has a book for card 9, hand 12, I can do card 0, hand 12 ( The Perks of Being a Wallflower) and we have Alexa's book that we haven't marked down yet ( The Assassian's Blade ) which will work for the wild
