I saw those links but they are not to the story itself, they are to where you need to enter email information. To use a website link it needs to show the story on the website. If you can find a link where the story itself is posted I can use that but not the links above. I will go back through the new rules they published and see if we can add it another way.

I got them combined for you!

They happen because someone adds a new book rather than going to check for the title and then adding a new edition of the book. And sometimes Amazon adds them automatically and they will show up as separate works. It is super easy to combine them so no worries. :-)

Things are going good for me. My nephews are coming for a week, bringing their two dogs. So we will be three adults and three dogs in my 2 BR townhouse. I am hoping my little dog remembers their big dog from 2 years ago. Colby was so intimidated by big ol' Taz that he went on offense. "Don't mess with me, I'm tougher than you think." After an hour of barking and growling, Colby finally figured out that Taz was not being aggressive with him. Peace reigned for the week.

Are you all re-settled now?

Oh, I hope you have a great visit! I know it was so hard to do during COVID, we took it for granted when we could visit anytime we wanted. You going to go anywhere exciting or just stay local?

I am sorta settled. I start my new job on Monday, at the University here and I will basically be telling people to give me money....lol It is in Advancement so we work with donors and alums but this means I get to go to all the games and events for free so Yay!

I will not be moving into my new apartment until December 1st, maybe later. My stepmom kinda wants me to be with her through the holidays so I may just stay here until I get it all set up with a few new pieces of furniture and move in after Christmas. I don't mind, I can take my time decorating and getting the new bookcases, sofa, and desk picked out and delivered. But I am looking forward to having my own space again.

Hello Danielle, could you kindly add the print version of Alix James’s “A Fine Mind: A Pride and Prejudice novella”? ISBN 9798595561426.
There are a few versions of the book already on Goodreads (the print one is missing), but they are not linked to each other. I wonder if it’s possible to group them under one cover?

The books are combined and your name has been fixed so they all show up under you. It might be good to write a note that I can add. You can write a note saying the new one is an extended version or you can write a note for the old version saying it has been updated. You can also write one for each. Just let me know what you want them to say at the top so readers will know there is a difference but it is essentially the same story. :-)

Hi! I got them all combined. The author has the same name as another author here on Goodreads so this one needs an extra space in her name so that all the books show up under her. It is a weird set up that they use but when a duplicate author name gets added they newest one has to have an extra space between their first and last names to distinguish them. Some have more than one space. Let me know if you see anymore like this and I can fix them. :-)

Hi! So I went back and separated the stories and marked one as "(Short FanFiction Story)" and added your note for them to look for the full version. This was the best way to not mess up the book information readers who had added the fan fiction story.

I could not add the link but I will try that again later. Look on your author page and make sure you see them both listed.
