Thanks! I've put some extra attention on this challenge over the past month or so.

Julie Kagawa - Shadow of the Fox completed my first column and won me an astro-cat 🐱🚀
The two sequels Soul of the Sword (🔪) and Night of the Dragon (🐉) nicely fitting two open bonus-challenges.
I also read the companion novel Katherine Addison - The Witness for the Dead and am now caught up with the world of the Goblin Emperor. I could technically move around my bingo spaces but since I still have quite some time left in the year, I'll hold off on that for now...
Do Ghouls count as Zombies? If so, I would like to claim one for the bonus. 🧟♀️

New to you = Steven Stanton's Bloodlight Chronicles
to
Toby Venables's Guy of Gisbourne series
I read the first book in a two book omnibus and enjoyed it and am now partway into the second book. Then I'll purchase the third and complete the Bingo card.
Then I'll sit down and figure out my bonuses so far.

And a nice cat 🐈 for my animal collection.
And another feline companion is added by Lightning in the Blood:

It's a jaguar - anyone an idea for a matching emoji? The closest I could find is for a leopard🐆 but it's missing the black color...

That leaves the Fantasy square as the last remaining one!

I've only completed one column and have one astro cat 🐱🚀! I have 4 squares total.

With this series I could fill my last missing square - Fantasy. My bingo is complete 🍾🥳
And with the sequel I also added some exotics to my animal farm: a crocodile 🐊 and a rhino 🦏
Now I'm only missing 2 of the bonus challenges.

but for the bonus challenge it only sends reinforcements for my lady bug army 🐞.
And then I read the two books from the Singing Hills Cycle by Nghi Vo:

The sequel adds 🐅🐅🐅 to my exotic little animal farm.

Congratulations! I need to update my chart here soon but I still need the tetralogy - having a couple in mind, though ;-)

Still looking for a fantastical creature though ...

John Scalzi's Interdependency Trilpogy fills my Sci-Fi Square and gives me two Lady-Bugs: 🐞🐞

Erin Bowman - Immunity has Zombies -> 🧟♀️

I'm still missing the quartet for the bingo, though...

This gives me some more ghosts 👻 and a wolf 🐺 and a leopard 🐆 for my ever growing animal farm.

I've read the last book from the "Małe Licho" ("Little Boogie"?) series by Polish author Marta Kisiel who is my high school friend and an acknowledged urban fantasy writer. The series was started as an adult urban fantasy comedy then it became something I call "a rural fantasy". After three books there was a continuation focusing on the main characters' son and it's an urban/rural fantasy comedy/horror for kids! Yep! And the kid's series (now containing another 3 books) won some awards.
On the cover of the book, there is a landscape 🌺 and two boys (ok 1,5 of a boy - I'll explain later) 💃 and there is a fantastical creature in the title - Licho who is infact an angel... 🦄. The main caracter is half a boy (his mother is a human) half a ghost (his father is a ghost) and half a goo (yep, there's a third half) so I collect a 👻.
So far I've crossed 3 boxes Trilogy, Sci-Fi, and Genere-Bender so I probably should go for Fantasy next to get a bingo.
