My mom (born 1963) loved a french children's book when she was in school. She remembers that the book:
- looked like a notebook
- had little health care tips (like diy herbal remedies)
- kind of had grimoire vibes (lots of advice given from the character, tips and tricks)
- was designed so that it look like little notes had been stuck in, had some doodles
- had a character named veronique
- was likely written before 1978
