I read We Came, We Saw, We Left: A Family Gap Year for this category. I loved the book, and it DEFINITELY fits the prompt!
Going with Food Wars! by Yuto Tsukuda it primarily takes place in Japan but he has semi regular phone calls with his father who is traveling to cook in different restaurants.
Read Pachinko by Min Jin Lee. Gave it 4 stars. I think you could also use it for #27, a book about do-overs or fresh starts.
I just finished listening to Great Circle by Maggie Shipstead. I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook, the narrators did a terrific job. It was set in multiple countries, as the main character is a woman who flies airplanes all over the globe.
I listened to Roots by Alex Haley. It takes place in Africa and the United States. An excellent audiobook. It is narrated by James Avery, who played Captain Siskin on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
Just finished People We Meet on Vacation This is a light chick lit contemporary romance. Not my usual read. But the two millennials travel to different countries for vacation every summer.
Just read Sooley by John Grisham. It takes place in South Sudan, Uganda and the USA. A novel about a teenage Sudanese basketball player.
I just started The Motorcycle Diaries: Notes on a Latin American Journey by Ernesto Che Guevara for this one. Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, and the US.
The Unexpected Mrs. Pollifax.A lite spy thriller + comedy + adventure. US + Mexico + Albania.
Now I want to check out Albania.

The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue"
I second Less. I just finished it for the prompt yesterday and it's a beautiful little book.
I read Afropean: Notes from Black Europe by Johny Pitts. The author looks at the experience of black people in several European countries - a really interesting book.
Going to go for High Fantasy for this one. I recently read Daughter of No Worlds by Carissa Broadbent and it is set in three fantastical countries.
It's been a minute since I finished it, but The Complete Persepolis is for sure set in Iran and Austria.
I'm reading The Arab of the Future: A Childhood in the Middle East, 1978-1984: A Graphic Memoir for this prompt. The book is set in France, Libya, and Syria.
I have picked up The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue and realised it fits this prompt, so I'll be reading that for this one!
I was gonna do How the Garcia girls lost their accent but it just wasn't for me. I will be reading Sole Survivor by Dean Koontz.
I think I'm going with Less, A Discovery of Witches, The Night Circus, The Midnight Library, and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. It was on my TBR list:D
I decided to use Dracula for this prompt. The book is set in Romania and England. I actually didn't like this book very much. I thought most of the many movie adapations were much more interesting.
The Historian would work for this prompt! Takes place in Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, among other places.
