Can you recall anything about the plot or topic at all, other than it being dystopia?
A LOT of dystopian books came out last year, so that's not exactly a lot to go off from, but here's a list of 2014 dystopias:https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/3...
Maze Runner is written by a Utah author.
Can it be Ender's Game? It came out in the 1985 and is a bit more sci fi than dystopia, but a movie was made 1-2 years ago. And the author, Orson Card Scott, grew up in Utah.
