I've only seen the movie (watched it with Film and Forties - which is funny, I recommend if you like funny commentary - we watch a lot of MST3K and Riff Trax here). But it was a good movie. I don't think I've ever read a political thriller - the movie genre seems like it would be more immersive than books? What do you think?

If you want to geek out about all the technical details the movies leave out the books could be good thing to try out, but I'm no expert so I can't really say for sure. Thrillers tend to be very fast paced page turners, but I didn't really find that to be the case with HFRO.
