Isa (sterrenkijker) This was a book I read when I was young, between 2008 and 2013. It was about two girls with birthmarks shaped like fish on their lower back, who discover an underwater city. [spoilers ahead] At first everything seems perfect, and they learn that their families also come from this city. But then the girls discover that things are not as they seem and uncover a rebellion-esque group fighting against the city government. I read the book in Dutch, but I am almost completely sure it was a translation.
