This is the yearly voting for the order of the books in the Nominations List.

Every member can vote for a maximum of five books in the list. It's enough if you give the numbers of the books for which you are voting. The books will be reordered according to the result of the voting. Tied books will appear in the final list in the same order in which they were in the original list. Books with no votes will appear at the end of the list, also in their original order.

The voting will be open starting now and ending at the end of next Saturday 28 (midnight). On Sunday 29 I'll give the results of the voting and the new order of the nominated books.

Donna | 4 comments Oh, my gosh! I’m in no position to vote because I’ve not participated in so long. But I’ve read several of these. Most particularly I’ve loved The Day is Far Spent, the 2 books about Saint Joseph, Hillaire Belloc, Till We Have Faces, Dear and Glorious Physician... The Noonday Demon was a killer on my conscience! Though I’m not voting, I wanted to throw in my 2 cents. Still, If I were, I would surely toss my hat in for #2, as it sounds interesting.

Mary, the Noonday Devil promises a lot more than delivers. I am very sorry because I had huge expectations for this book.

Richard Hannay (hannay) | 53 comments I don't know if this is the proper place, if not apologies, but...

19. The Awakening of Miss Prim, Natalia Sanmartin Fenollera, John

Does anyone know whether Natalia Sanmartín is writing anything else? Her book was so promising (not great but promising). A friend of mine met the authoress and she said that she had published it "cheating Sauron" (this because she is a journalist working for one of the most conspicuously anti-catholic journalistic groups in Spain and that is saying something).
But I have not heard anything coming from her since and I fear Sauron won't be cheated twice.

She has not published a lot, but this year she has published a new book, "Un cuento de Navidad para Le Barroux", (A Christmas Tale for Le Barroux) which for the time being seems to be only in Spanish.
