Why is Gustave Le Bon's book list in arabic, and how do I change it to latin?

Whenever the system needs to fetch any of Le Bon's books, it shows their titles in arabic. Happens on his author page, search, and even here on this page under "This topic is about" input autocomplete.

Why does this happen? (I guess because these arabic versions were created first?)

How do I change the default edition language on his books to common,y readable latin?

Should be:
La Psychologie des Foules
The Crowd; study of the popular mind

The default edition of a work is the one shelved by the most Goodreads users. (The only exception would not apply to a deceased author.)
