SOLVED. Childrens Historical, Time Travel. Book with time travel from Holocaust time period to modern day. [s]

In this book which I forgot the name of, a girl in the holocaust time period accidentally time travels to the future and leaves her best friend behind. The girl has to start over in the future (aka modern era) and tries to find her family and friends. At the end of the book she finds out that her family died but she finds her best friend who is now an old women.
I would love to reread this but I don’t remember the title! Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thank you!!!

I read it a while ago but I think it was geared towards middle school kids.

Sounds like “The Devil’s Arithmetic” by Jane Yolen.

The Devil's Arithmetic is the opposite situation, though. A girl from the future time travels to the past.

Anne Frank and Me is also a Holocaust time travel book, but it's another modern girl going back in time.

They both look interesting (I added them to my tbr) but they aren’t what I’m talking about. The book I’m looking for is a time travel book from the past to the present, not the present to the past.

If not, can you be more specific about reading the book 'a while ago'? Once Was a Time was first published in 2016 so it would be helpful to know if that's too recent.
