so, basically, we say that we're starting this hunger games. if people who haven't been active in a while come over and rp their characters, they are totally welcome to!
most slots that arent being rped or arent even claimed, we will assume that they died in the bloodbath- after all, in canon, a lot of tribs die in the bloodbath.
i will rp a few tributes who serve as npcs/plot devices, but, who, at the end of the day, are only there to serve for the actual Characters' development and story arcs and to keep from the arena of feeling empty.
the Characters who are up for victory are characters who have already been created in the character topic and who are yknow going to be actively rped. imo i think it's only gonna be the mods but we cover enough characters + the npcs to have full characters arcs. if someone comes back though and wants to rp the character they’ve created, then they will be of course counted as player characters up for victory too, but i personally predict that it'll be only us mods.
it'll be much more casual and all about actual roleplaying and not worrying about inactivities and not having enough tributes for a full hunger games, etc
we'll have a small cast of 'actual' characters but that's really all we need, as long as we also have the disposable npcs too, i think it'll work.

That sounds awesome!! Lol I was having a really hard time with the group over the summer cause literally no one was active and all the other mods were busy and I eventually just gave up. This sounds like a much better plan (:
